It's not about the unions vs. the corporations, though that's how it must be fought. What it is about is human dignity! It's about a "living wage". It's about the morality our Forefathers intended our nation to have.

Who in our society or any other throughout history is naive enough to believe that when left to themselves, business will opt for "worker rights"? Who really believes that the corporations want all people to live without undue financial burden?

There are exceptions, of course, in some ways, and in some corners, particularly in small business.

But tell me how it is that we can now live in the 21st century, with technologies that can eliminate hunger and poverty, and disease; where we no longer have the restrictions of geography and communication to prevent us from expeditious action; how such a civilization can morally allow these human conditions to still exist?
